Once a product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded. Digital products are considered “used” immediately after download, which is why refunds are not generally possible.
2. Refunds for Unusable Products

3. Membership Plans Are Non-Refundable
Please note that all membership plans are strictly non-refundable. The reason is simple: as soon as a membership is purchased, customers gain instant access to download all available products. This means that even after a short time, the full value of the membership could already be used.
4. Responsibility of Customers
We kindly request that customers review the product details carefully before making a purchase. If you place an order without reading the description or compatibility details, and later find the product unsuitable for your needs, this will not qualify for a refund.
5. Product Updates and Support
We strive to provide products that are secure, up to date, and functional. However, since these are third-party products, PluginGPL does not guarantee compatibility with every theme, plugin, or server environment. Issues arising from incompatibility with other software, improper installation, or server settings are not grounds for a refund.
